Q: Who will be cleaning for me?

     A: A regular assigned team of trained professionals. We are uniformed, insured and bonded for your full protection.
 

Q: How do you charge?

     A: Every clean is as unique as  the customer. We offer  FREE on-site estimates to go over details of what you want. You tell us what you want and we will give you a quote on the spot. General cleans have a set rate per room. Other factors include size of home, traffic in home, extra projects requested, pets or smoking, and amount of decoration (more decor requires more dusting).

Q: Do you supply your own products? 

     A: Yes we do, unless you have certain things you want used on certain areas.

Q: Do you do extras?

     A: We will! bring it up during the estimate and we will build it into the quote.

Q: How do I pay for your service?

     A: Customers find it convenient to leave a check/cash to be picked up at the time of service.

Q: What about holidays or changing a scheduled clean?

     A: If your scheduled clean falls on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to reschedule a time that suits you. If you need to change a scheduled clean, PLEASE contact us as soon as you know and we will try to be accommodating.

Q: Should I be present while you are cleaning?

     A: Most of our customers are not present when we clean. This is however, your personal preference.
